Undoubtedly the best way to demonstrate the way Picscan FLS delivers an image is to conduct a blind test then publish it. These series of frames show a first run test negative through two separate telecine companies, first without a Picscan Leader, then with a Leader. All the shots in this demo are split screens, and may we repeat, all frames are split screens. Although this was a negative transfer, Picscan handles any digital compressed image in exactly the same way. This assures exposure and color balance can be easily reproduced from Dailies right through to final color timing.
